COVID-19 Update

To Whom It May Concern,

May I take this opportunity to firstly wish yourself, your colleagues and your families all the very best - we hope you all remain safe and well despite the challenges of 2020.

In light of the recent lockdown announced for England, I am writing to outline Rutland London’s position and our ongoing ability to supply and support your projects throughout this lockdown and beyond.

As a supplier to the construction industry, we are very aware that our clients depend on us to continue supplying them to allow their projects to continue inline with Government advice that construction sites should remain open throughout the lockdown.

I therefore must stress at this stage that both our Office and Factory remain open for business.

We are still handling enquiries, providing technical support and of course, manufacturing our timeless English brassware.

Rutland London has been fortunate that due to planning for Brexit we have built up significant stock levels of the raw materials required to manufacture our range of handmade products.

This leaves us in a healthy position to continue manufacturing within agreed lead times despite the turmoil being experienced across European supply chains.

I must caveat the above by noting that in the scenario of a case of COVID-19 being associated with our Factory, we will have to temporarily pause manufacturing operations in line with Government guidelines - but this closure will be temporary and any delays will be mitigated through the ongoing management of our manufacturing schedule.

Finally, may I once again wish you all the very best on behalf of Rutland London. We are grateful for the ongoing support of both our clients, suppliers and of course our valued colleagues.

Kind Regards & Stay Safe,

Gordon Riddoch Signature
