Rutland London | Returns & Refunds

Rutland London Ltd (T/A Rutland London & Rutland Radiators) is a manufacturer endeavouring to the meet the unique requirements of our Client's individual projects. As such, this means in many instances product is handmade to order, and therefore cannot be resold should it not be required. 

Conscious of the limited return and refund opportunities for Clients of Rutland London Ltd, we employ a diligent process of confirming each order to ensure the satisfaction of our Clients. This process includes: 

- Requesting Clients ordering via our website to confirm the requirements of their order prior to manufacturing (excluding orders for finish samples) - this confirmation is sought usually after the order is placed to allow for an informal "cooling off" period. 

- Asking Clients dealing directly with Rutland London to carefully check the details of their Pro-Forma and only make payment if the details within the respective Pro-Forma are correct. 

- Providing technical drawings (where requested) on receipt of payment for an order to allow a Client to visualise how their product will appear prior to progressing to manufacturing. 

We would stress that all orders placed with Rutland London are on the basis of our Terms and Conditions. Specifically: 

"CANCELLATION:

Please check all goods, dimensions, outputs, finishes including colour and accessories before placing your order as changes will not be made once goods are in production.  Bespoke (special order rails or goods ordered) including dual fuel and electric models are not returnable.  All standard rails at the discretion of the Company will be returnable at a restocking charge of a set 50%."
