Our beautiful brassware products are carefully manufactured at our Factory in Hampshire, England.
To ensure the beauty and craftsmanship of our products can be fully enjoyed by the end user, we strongly advise that our products are always installed by a competent professional in accordance with the supplied Installation Guide.
We understand that on occasion, Installation Guides may be required during the planning or first-fix stages of a project.
Our Support Team therefore maintain an electronic database of all Installation Guides which can be emailed out on request against any quotation or order not yet manufactured.
Installation guides are provided for bespoke orders with amendments made (if necessary) for the bespoke nature of the product supplied.
Installation guides for bespoke orders can only be supplied once an order has been confirmed and is being manufactured.
