Every Chiswick Heated Towel Rail is handmade to order in England within our family-owned Hampshire factory. Manufactured from 32mm diameter DZR (Dezincification Resistant) brass tube, the Chiswick has been engineered to withstand the demanding conditions of modern heating systems whilst delivering exceptional longevity. Each rail is assembled, silver soldered, polished and individually hand finished by skilled colleagues, with every stage of production carefully controlled to deliver outstanding durability, precision and a beautifully refined finish.

Heated towel rails manufactured by Rutland London have been independently type tested to confirm their essential performance characteristics in accordance with EN 442 and other key harmonised standards.

When purchasing a heated towel rail or radiator, care should always be taken to ensure the product is compliant with the relevant directives and standards. Non-compliant products from other manufacturers are likely to be inefficient and could possibly be dangerous.

Bespoke sizes will have no performance declared ("NPD") for heat output unless stated otherwise. Should a heat output be required for a bespoke size, a non-refundable deposit will be required.

This heated towel rail is available to purchase today in central heating / hot water, electric only and dual fuel configurations.

Please note that valves and accessories are not included as the requirement for these is subject to your specific aesthetic and performance requirements.

If ordered in either an electric only or dual fuel configuration, this product will require 2no electric heating elements. These will emerge from the base of the heated towel rail on opposite sides into the floor.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Lead time & shipping information

Due to the finished-to-order nature of products from Rutland London, payment is required in full in order for production to commence - do note that whilst card payments are accepted via our website for products in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass, all orders for other finishes and special orders will require payment via BACS.

The indicative lead time on this product from receipt of payment to dispatch is currently circa 7 weeks. Please note that lead times are subject to our manufacturing schedule at point of order and that we encourage you to contact our office for a "current" lead time.

It should also be noted that requirements for brassware finishes other than Polished (Unlacquered) Brass will likely extend the lead time due to the additional manufacturing processes involved.

Delivery is carried out by our carefully selected couriers and in most cases is completed within 2 - 3 working days of the product being dispatched from our manufacturing site.

Larger orders may be delivered via pallet to ensure their safety during transit.

In all instances we kindly ask you to note that delivery is strictly curbside only - it is not the responsibility of Rutland London to carry your order into your property.
