The Pavilion Heated Towel Rail from Rutland London beautifully celebrates the timeless elegance of traditional English design. Every Pavilion Heated Towel Rail is handmade to order in England by skilled colleagues within our family-owned Hampshire factory. Manufactured from 32mm diameter DZR (Dezincification Resistant) brass tube and supplied with beautifully engineered 83mm diameter solid brass wall and floor plates, every heated towel rail is carefully fabricated, silver soldered, polished and individually hand finished. Unlike many luxury bathroom brands, every Rutland London heated towel rail is manufactured within our own Hampshire factory, allowing complete control over craftsmanship, quality and finish. From precision fabrication and silver soldering through to polishing, hand finishing, pressure testing and final inspection, every stage of production is carefully controlled to deliver exceptional durability, engineering excellence and a beautifully refined finish.
The Pavilion's beautifully embellished brass joints provide just the right degree of decorative detail, allowing the craftsmanship of the frame to become a feature without overwhelming the wider bathroom design. Combined with its elegant freestanding proportions, the result is a heated towel rail that feels equally at home within Georgian townhouses, country homes and luxury contemporary residences inspired by classical architecture.
The Pavilion Heated Towel Rail is available in Hot Water / Central Heating, Electric and Dual Fuel configurations. The Hot Water / Central Heating model is suitable for connection to both domestic hot water and conventional central heating systems, whilst the Electric version provides an elegant standalone solution where plumbing installation is limited. For year-round flexibility, the Dual Fuel configuration combines both systems, allowing the heated towel rail to operate independently during the warmer months without switching on the central heating.
The Pavilion Heated Towel Rail is available to purchase today in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass. Similar to many finishes offered by Rutland London, Polished (Unlacquered) Brass is a living finish which will naturally age and develop a rich patina over time. The rate and extent of this natural patination will depend upon the environment in which the product is installed. Whilst available to purchase today in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass, Rutland London also offers more than 40 handcrafted brass finishes, including variations of Brass, Bronze, Nickel, Copper and Gold. Every finish is individually applied by hand, allowing the Pavilion to complement both traditional and contemporary interiors whilst ensuring every visible brass detail throughout the bathroom is perfectly coordinated.

Heated towel rails manufactured by Rutland London have been independently type tested to confirm their essential performance characteristics in accordance with EN 442 and other key harmonised standards.
When purchasing a heated towel rail or radiator, care should always be taken to ensure the product is compliant with the relevant directives and standards. Non-compliant products from other manufacturers are likely to be inefficient and could possibly be dangerous.

Bespoke sizes will have no performance declared ("NPD") for heat output unless stated otherwise. Should a heat output be required for a bespoke size, a non-refundable deposit will be required.

The rate and extent of this patination will depend on the environment in which the product is installed and should be expected. Patination of a product finish is not considered a warranty issue. This heated towel rail is available to purchase today in central heating / hot water, electric only and dual fuel configurations.
Please note that valves and accessories are not included as the requirement for these is subject to your specific aesthetic and performance requirements.
If ordered in either an electric only or dual fuel configuration, this product will require 2no electric heating elements. These will emerge from the base of the heated towel rail on opposite sides into the floor.
Due to the finished-to-order nature of products from Rutland London, payment is required in full in order for production to commence - do note that whilst card payments are accepted via our website for products in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass, all orders for other finishes and special orders will require payment via BACS.
The indicative lead time on this product from receipt of payment to dispatch is currently circa 7 weeks. Please note that lead times are subject to our manufacturing schedule at point of order and that we encourage you to contact our office for a "current" lead time.
It should also be noted that requirements for brassware finishes other than Polished (Unlacquered) Brass will likely extend the lead time due to the additional manufacturing processes involved.
Delivery is carried out by our carefully selected couriers and in most cases is completed within 2 - 3 working days of the product being dispatched from our manufacturing site.
Larger orders may be delivered via pallet to ensure their safety during transit.
In all instances we kindly ask you to note that delivery is strictly curbside only - it is not the responsibility of Rutland London to carry your order into your property.
