The Ewhurst Wall Mounted Cast Iron Radiator from Rutland London is a refined expression of timeless English design, combining the enduring character of traditional cast iron with beautifully handcrafted brass detailing. Featuring a classic two-column profile and elegant wall-mounted installation, the Ewhurst creates a striking architectural feature whilst delivering exceptional heating performance for both period properties and contemporary interiors.
Every Ewhurst Wall Mounted Cast Iron Radiator is manufactured using premium cast iron before being individually hand finished in Hampshire, England by our skilled colleagues. Complete with solid brass wall stays and a solid brass air vent, each radiator reflects the exceptional craftsmanship synonymous with Rutland London's luxury heating collection. Every radiator is manufactured to order, carefully inspected and built to provide decades of reliable performance.
The Ewhurst Wall Mounted Cast Iron Radiator can be connected to a closed circuit central heating system or specified as a fully electric radiator where conventional plumbing is impractical. Please note that the radiator should only be installed on a closed heating circuit and is not suitable for domestic hot water systems. We also do not recommend installation on systems using salt-softened water, unless otherwise agreed with your installer.
Every Ewhurst Wall Mounted Cast Iron Radiator is finished using a durable aerospace-grade matt paint coating, providing exceptional resilience whilst complementing the authentic texture of the cast iron. Alongside our carefully selected range of standard colours, Rutland London can also supply gloss or satin finishes, together with bespoke colours or close matches to leading paint brands including Farrow & Ball, Little Greene and Paint & Paper Library, allowing each radiator to be tailored to your interior.
As standard, the solid brass wall stays and solid brass air vent are supplied in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass. Similar to many finishes offered by Rutland London, Polished (Unlacquered) Brass is a living finish which will naturally age and develop a rich patina over time. The rate and extent of this natural patination will depend upon the environment in which the product is installed. Should you wish to coordinate the brass components with your wider heating installation, Rutland London offers more than 40 handcrafted brass finishes. Matching solid brass radiator valves are available separately to complete the installation.
Due to the traditional manufacturing process, cast iron radiators are subject to manufacturing tolerances, which may vary by approximately 1–2mm per section. Larger radiator configurations may also be supplied in multiple sections for assembly on site to assist with transportation and installation. Owing to the significant weight of cast iron, customers should ensure that the supporting wall is suitable for a wall-mounted installation. If you require guidance regarding weights, bespoke sizes, custom colours or heating options, our colleagues will be pleased to assist at
