Handcrafted to order in our family-owned Hampshire factory, every Franklin Single Vanity Suite is individually manufactured by skilled colleagues using premium materials and traditional fabrication techniques. Rather than being mass produced, each vanity is manufactured specifically for your project, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and the level of quality that defines every Rutland London collection.

The elegant framework is manufactured from premium 32mm DZR brass tube, chosen for its outstanding strength, corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Precision-engineered standard brass joints create the Franklin's refined contemporary appearance, whilst elegant 75mm diameter brass wall plates provide both structural integrity and a beautifully balanced architectural finish.

Integrated top and floor adjusters are discreetly incorporated into the design, allowing precise levelling during installation and ensuring perfect alignment whilst maintaining the vanity's clean lines and elegant proportions.

The vanity is completed with a beautifully crafted natural marble worktop, matching 200mm marble upstand and elegant porcelain basin, creating a timeless combination of handcrafted brass, luxurious natural stone and fine ceramic. Every marble slab possesses its own distinctive veining and natural character, ensuring each Franklin Vanity Suite is truly one of a kind.

A defining feature of the Franklin Single Vanity Suite is its matching marble shelf, positioned beneath the basin to provide elegant open storage without compromising the vanity's minimalist aesthetic. Manufactured from the same natural stone as the worktop, the shelf creates a beautifully cohesive design whilst offering practical space for neatly folded towels, decorative accessories or everyday bathroom essentials.

The standard specification available through our website includes a marble worktop with a traditional pencil edge profile, matching pencil-edged upstand and three tap holes. Because every vanity is handcrafted to order, almost every aspect of the marble can be tailored to suit your individual project, including bespoke dimensions, alternative marble selections, edge profiles, splashbacks and tap hole configurations. Whether you select timeless Carrara Marble or a more dramatic natural stone, every vanity is manufactured specifically for your project.

The Franklin Single Vanity Suite is available in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass, a natural living finish that gradually develops a rich, characterful patina over time. MARBLE

Limitless options

It should be noted that the marble configuration offered on our website is for a marble top with a pencil edge, 200mm (H) upstand (with matching pencil edge) and 3no. tapholes per basin. All aspects of the marble top are available to be tailored to your project demands and we would therefore encourage you to contact Rutland London with your specific project requirements prior to ordering.

Before purchasing any marble product from Rutland London, clients should be aware of the natural tendencies of marble and its resultant limitations. Possible notations include random veining, pattern variances and shading.

Marble loses its shine with wear and is a soft material that easily scratches and can be stained due to its relatively high porosity. To ensure the longevity of our marble, Rutland London recommends the regular application of sealant to all marble surfaces.

Any acidic substances that may come into contact with marble provided by Rutland London will etch and remove the polish of the marble.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

Lead time & shipping information

Due to the handmade-to-order nature of products from Rutland London, payment is required in full in order for production to commence - do note that whilst card payments are accepted via our website for products in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass, all orders for other finishes and special orders will require payment via BACS.

The indicative lead time on this product from receipt of payment to dispatch is currently circa 7 weeks in Polished (Unlacquered) Brass. Please note that lead times are subject to our manufacturing schedule at point of order and that we encourage you to contact our office for a "current" lead time

It should also be noted that requirements for finishes other than Polished (Unlacquered) Brass will likely extend the lead time due to the additional manufacturing processes involved.

Delivery is carried out by our carefully selected couriers and in most cases is completed within 2 - 3 working days of the product being dispatched from our manufacturing site.

Larger orders may be delivered via pallet to ensure their safety during transit.

In all instances we kindly ask you to note that delivery is strictly curbside only - it is not the responsibility of Rutland London to carry your order into your property.
